Pricing

Stowdesk keeps the cost, the shelf address and the realized margin of every trading card single you hold, and builds the bulk lots you sell the rest in. Every plan includes every feature — the only difference is how many you can hold at once, so pick the one that fits your shelf.

The plan sizes match the allowances on eBay's own store packages, because that is the ladder you already pay to climb: a Basic store allows 10,000, Premium allows 50,000. Whichever store you pay eBay for, that is the tier here.

What you are paying for

Stowdesk starts where your listing tool stops. It keeps the cost of every item and where it physically is — the part a listing tool does not hold — and it is priced by how big the shelf is, not by how many features are switched on.

Whether it is worth paying for comes down to one number. Take an example sale: $12.98 gross keeps $2.96 once the marketplace fee, the label, the envelope and the item's own cost come out. Estimate that fee instead of reading what eBay charged and you can be wrong about most of the $2.96. Getting it right, per item and after the payout lands, is the whole product.

Not sure which plan to pick?

Start free. It holds 250 items — enough to run a few purchases through and see whether the shelf addresses and the margin figures are worth paying for. Upgrading takes one page in Settings and applies immediately.

What counts as an item

One item is one card on your shelf right now, with its own SKU — a graded copy and a raw copy of the same card are two. Selling one gives the slot back, so a shelf that turns over quickly needs a smaller plan than its yearly volume suggests. A sealed box or an unopened lot is one item until you open it and scan what was inside.

Copies you are deliberately holding back from a listing still count, because they are on the shelf. Nothing is charged per listing.

Each item that comes out of a lot carries its own share of what the lot cost. How bulk lot cost allocation works, with a $120 lot worked through.

Six months of the Ledger plan, free. No payment details are taken and nothing is set up to charge you later — Stripe is never involved.

At six months it becomes the free plan: every record stays readable, editable, printable and exportable, and only new items stop going in. Nothing is deleted and nothing is locked.

What is asked in return is that you run real inventory through it and say where it breaks. A limited number, for a limited time — the code is in the Stowdesk Discord.

What “unlimited” means

Warehouse has no item limit. It is priced for one business holding as much stock as one business holds, and that is the only condition: one account per business, no reselling or sharing access, and no automated traffic that degrades the service for other customers. Normal use of the app, the scheduled backup and the imports is not automated traffic.

If your use falls outside that, we will email you and give you at least 30 days to change it or move to an arrangement that fits. Nothing is throttled without telling you first, and no records are deleted over it. The full terms are in Fair use.

If you go over your item limit

Being over your plan stops new items going in, and nothing else. Everything already recorded stays readable, editable, printable and exportable, whatever happens to your subscription.

An import that would cross the limit is refused whole rather than half-done, so you never have to work out which rows went in. The dashboard warns you before it happens, and names the plan that would cover what you are holding.
